What should I do with these cherries?

Yesterday I picked 2 quarts of (very) sour cherries from my grandpa's trees. I'm torn as to what to do with them... DH's not crazy about cherry pie but that sounds really, really good to me! Or possibly a cobbler, even better! OR, I was thinking something with cream cheese, like turnovers. :rockon

The other option is to throw them on the dehydrator and make dried cherry snacks.

Anyone have a favorite cherry recipe?

We made cherry popsicles the other day and they were good. Messy, but good.

Sour cherry jam is soooo good on English muffins. :yum

Mmm, cherry popsicles DO sound good! I ended up throwing them in with some blackberries and making a cobbler- yum! :)
