Favorite Dessert

What is your favorite dessert? I need ideas!

Raspberry pie. With homemade crust using half veggie lard and half butter. Rolling it out and refrigerating it for several hours before cooking it. So tasteful and flaky.

If someone else is making I love tiramisu.

And I want to try tres leche cake. Seems fairly easy but I'm the only one who'll eat it in the house. I think I'll make it for my RA appreciation dinner next month.
