I would lihe to make dh a pot of hot soup tomorrow. He really likes corn and potatos, peppers etc. Nothing to weird. I would like for it to be Vegan though. I have plenty of veggi stock. I am having a brain fog on what else to add to it for seasonings and such. Does anyone have a sure-fire soup that they have made before and was great? Share with me? TIA!
