the kids really want their room to be all done up in super mario things... Does anyone know where I could find even just a comforter in a mario theme? I am at a loss...

how about THIS (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/granny-square-mario-bedspread)?

and, of course, accessories HERE (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/search?r=&photo=yes&query=super%20mario&sort=best&view=thumblist)!

of course, you'd have to be really bored....

of course, there is also THIS ONE (http://www.rugrag.com/post/Crochet-Mario-Blanket.aspx) - but for it you'd need to be bored, and have a few bored friends, too, I'm guessing!

sorry for not being helpful :wink

I also found examples and charts to make a KNITTED blanket, or quilt blocks or a pieced quilt! Pretty amazing stuff!

on a MORE helpful side.... our walmart had a super mario cotton panel that could be used to make a quilt if you were up for some sewing (or, like in my case, you are up for buying the materials and dropping it off for your mother to sew....)
