How do I remove breast milk stains?

I swear all my shirts have big ol' breast milk stains. It looks like I leaked from the moment I put the shirt on. How do I get these stains out?

I've had the best success w/ OxyClean (and for bm spit-up stains too :tu)

Was the Oxy-clean in the wash, or did you soak the clothes separately before washing?

I just put a scoopful in the wash. But that's for fresh stains. If your shirts have already been laundered & have stains, I'd definitely follow their directions for making a pre-wash treatment or soak.
