Substitute coconut milk for the butter. Yummmmmmm. I had a third of a can of coconut milk left this morning so I thought of using it for that, and it is soooooo good.

Ummm, I LOVE pineapple and this sounds SO incredibly good...but *sigh* I am allergic to pineapple :td
