Help me use up coconut cream please!

I have about 200ml of coconut cream leftover from making coconut icecream. I also have coconut flakes, and I have some chocolate (which doesn't need to be used up, but it can be).

Can anyone hit me with a yummy, easy, dessert or slice or similar? Prefer not to use the oven - it's mid-Aussie-Summer!

do you drink? I'd make pina coladas. Virgin if you dont drink alcohol.

Could you incorporate it into banana cream pie?

I have to go to the shops later anyway so could buy some pineapple juice...I do drink but can't afford to buy a bottle of rum so would go with the virgin option.

I'll also see if I can find a recipe for a banana cream pie - I have some cream too so could do half coconut cream and half straight cream. Yum!
