I forgot to soak my chickpeas! Help!

I see that there's a pressure cooking method that you can use, but I don't have a pressure cooker. :( I was planning on making chickpea curry with fried eggplant tonight, but totally forgot to soak them until 15min ago. :doh

Is there anything I can do? :nails

Thanks for asking! :heart I actually opted to use some mung beans for this mung and cauliflower indian-style stew...it turned out super yummy! Even my 4yo with the sickies wanted some. :rockon

And, more importantly, I remembered to put the chickpeas on to soak last night. :O:lol
