. . . all of my recipes make 1 or 2 6-cup loaves. I finally found a homemade bread recipe that everybody likes, except that it isn't big like supermarket bread! *sigh* So I dug around and found out that I would either have to pay $40 for an 8-cup pan or wait until I found one at a garage sale. And I did!
Now: Do I just multiply everything by 1 1/3 to change a 6-cup recipe to an 8-cup recipe? Do I need to change any proportions?
