Ezekial Bread Recipe

Has anyone tried this from the Hillbilly Housewife? http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/ezekiel-bread.htm I was wondering what you could use instead of the millet I can't find any :banghead

I have not tried this.
I checked out the recipe, though. When I think of "Ezekiel Bread" I think of sprouted bread like one buys at the store under the name "Ezekiel 4:9". But that recipe does not seem the same at all.

I would assume you could substitute any flour for your millet, but I don't know.
