I am so thrilled that this actually turned out ok. I am even more thrilled (and startled) that it fits!

can I get your pattern or did you pay for it?
i want to make another on for the new babe, but my very easy pattern has no cuff on the leg. since i use prefolds i kind of want the coverage (for looks :O)

I'd like to try a skirtie for DD next, but I'm not sure how that will look on a 2 year old. Maybe she's too old for that sort of thing? I could just do shorties for her

i was thinking knitting.
It would probably take a lot for me to remember how to crochet. I don't think I have done it since I was eight or so :giggle

Newbie question - a little off topic - how do you tell the difference between knitted and crocheted? ETA - is one better than the other for woolies?

it's the difference in the method of how it's made - they create a different type of stitch. I don't think one's better than the other for a wollie
