will a 9x13 pan of manicotti feed 6 adults? there will be salad and bread too

IDK. I think that you'll want a minimum of two stuffed noodles per person. minimum.

I'd probably make two big pans. The leftovers are so yummy!

I would say at least 3 manicotti per person, actually. (But I'm Italian.)

Can you make 2 pans? That would be better if possible.

well i had a pan in the freezer i had made a while ago, so i just supplemented it with some on sale Italian sausage and there was plenty, and it was nice to have two things. i think i'll try to have some sausage on hand because it's so easy and a good filler for many meals if i'm not sure there will be quite enough.
