I think earwigs are eating my veggies

Junebug and I just went slug hunting since I thought that's what was eating my little seedlings. We only found 3 slugs but LOTS of earwigs. Who has a good method for getting rid of these guys?

Sorry. And I don't know what is eating my garden. I think it's pillbugs. I do have a few earwigs too, so :popcorn
