Please include links to tutes if you have them!

I collected several nicer tshirts to be made into diapers, but have decided not to go that route.

Kids, adults, household...bring it on!

Lame answer: Cut into rectangles & they become cloths for any purpose in the basement/garage. When they're washed & frayed, they get tossed.

Tear into strips, slip knot together and crochet into rag rugs. Best use ever since they make a nice thick squishy rug.

If the shirt is still in good condition and it's a man's shirt you can sew down the side seams, take in the shoulders and it's a shaped woman's tee. If you had a little girl I saw someone use the existing sewn neck, sleeves and hem to make a little girl's dress.

Great ideas! I used an old pair of tshirt knit sheets with a lot of holes to make wipes for Smiley. They are so soft and work really well!

Crunchymum knows how to make bags out of them - they turn out super cute and useful! Maybe :poke her for a tutorial link if you're interested?

This one has a really cute tute for making toddler pants (could do shorts as well quite easily) out of an old shirt.

Well I am not an expert but you saw in the other thread how I did underwear for my older son with them.

Yes! Loved the underwear one.

I want to try a kimono out of a tshirt for Smiley. Or figure out how to take one of DH's old shirts and somehow shrink it to fit Smiley. :shifty

they make great grocery bags.

Cut off arms, sew up the bottom, voila!

i love the links you posted H! It makes me want to scavage the thrift stores for some cute t's. :giggle DH destroys his t-shirts (work), so there's no hope in using those.
