I make all my cookies without any of those things. (Well, I do make ch. chip sometimes, but can't do soy for my ds and the chips have soy lecithin, and I can't use butter or egg whites either, so your list doesn't sound too bad to me :) )I can leave out the chocolate chips, nuts, and seeds without changing the results. And I don't know of any corn ingredients I need for cookies. What are your favorite kinds? There are lots of recipes here, or I can write some out for you.

Oatmeal raisin, why didn't I think of that? Do you have a good sugar cookie recipe?

I use this one... (you have to chill it for an hour before you roll it out)
3/4 c. shortening (part butter or marg)... works with oil, too
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla thoroughly. Stir flour, baking powder, and salt together, blend in. (At this point you could make drop cookies and bake, I think... read on for rolling). Chill at least 1 hr.
Heat oven to 400. Roll dough 1/8 in. thick on lightly floured board. Cut with cookie cutters, bake on ungreased baking sheet for 6-8 min or until cookies are a delicate golden color. Makes about 4 doz.
