I ordered off the HUGE Cascade sale they are running this month. Plus, I ordered for a few other projects. My HUGE box came today.
A helped me organize all my yarns again. Then, he helped me organize all my patterns into the new accordian file DH bought me this weekend. I figure organizing my stuff is the first step in sorting out what is *my* patterns so I can write them out formally rather than shifting through the huge stack of patterns in hopes of finding *anything* in there.
It doesn't take much to make me happy. But, A was drooling over all my yarns too. I said to him, "You know your souls cries out to work in the fiber arts, right?"
He can crochet. But, he decided it was too girly and quit. Still, everytime I get yarn, he has to carress, inspect, organize and basically act like someone who works in the fiber arts. He's such the artist. He draws, woodworks, does archtectural designs, etc. I think he'd LOVE working with yarn. Maybe I should get him a knitting book. It was a man's skill for hundreds and hundreds of years.
