I twiseted a row around on my circs, i guess it's a half twist, i cant figure out how to get it untwisted!! i know ive unstwisted before, but this time it's not working!! anyone?????

If you've only knit a small bit, pull it all off and start over.

unfortunately i had knit 3hrs worth already, but i did frog it and start over today
