good brand of freezer

We're thinking about buying a freezer. Needs to be upright, self-defrosting. A lock would be great (but we could probably just put on a child lock if need be). A power indicator light would be helpful. Apparently some brands come with guarantees of replacing the food inside if the freezer breaks down, but I can't find which brands those are. :shrug Energy Star compliant would be a plus. Looks are not important.

Any comments on good brands or models? Reliability is very important to us.
