...planting some basil and Swiss Chard seeds in little pots on my kitchen windowsill!

Am I crazy, or what?

I miss fresh basil and have been craving chard for at least a month now----grow, seeds, grow!

At the moment, it's 51* out there! :jawdrop

Actually I was thinking of the same thing. I have some cilantro seeds and a pot with a dead geranium. No soil though. :think

I worked up the soil in some of my pots from last year....not sure whether to plant something in them or not(spinach? lettuces?)...It's definitely not the most organic of soils in those pots.... :shifty More for flowers than for edibles...

I have some cilantro one pot and spinach in another. They are outside enjoying the rainy days. I say put your pots in a sunny window and go for it. :heart
