I saw this done on another forum and thought we could start it.

It takes like 30 days??? for a habit to sink in.... So... one habit to start for a month...

Anyone in?

What shall we start with? Putting keys and wallet in the same place everytime you get in? do we need a messies habit and a tidies habit?

Ia m up for this. I have a couple of big things that Ia m trying to change right now but the one on the top is laundry. I figure that I need a few of months of good laundry habits to be ingrained before I add in diapers.

I love all these games ya'll play. Wish In could join in. My life is so determined by my illness that just gettin out a bed and eatin something is about all I can handle. I cant do laundry anymore or the dishes either. I feel frustrated....guess all this is meant for another post tho.

Habits can also be a way of thinking / looking at the world, so I think your post is as relevant here as the physical habits people want to work on. I know for me, I want to work on my way of thinking (which is why I started and continue the 365 reasons why I love my husband thread :yes). And i like the post one here about reading a chapter of Proverbs each day.

I dont forget my meds. I need them to even be able to get out of bed. So thats not a problem.

Eating a new food would work I think. My tummy is seeming to be better and for the first time in months I am actually hungry. I am afraid tho of adding stuff back in because Im afraid of the pain and the ensuing results. But this sounds like a good challenge.

So my habit is to eat a new food every three days. My new food is Peanut Butter.

Does it have to be a housework kind of habit? Or is it anything goes? I have so many I want to work on, it's hard to choose where to start.

I am in! I would like to start folding the laundry and putting it away RIGHT after it gets out of the dryer instead of sitting on top.
