BF newborn poop stains

A few of ds2's outfits have poop stains that aren't washing out. I've read about hanging them in the sun, but we don't have any sun here these days, just rain, rain, rain. :blah What can I do to get the stains out?

:idea I've finally noticed that the blowouts only seem to happen if he's in sposies. The cd's seem to contain the poop much better! :tu

I laid my stained clothes/dipes over a gate or on the floor inside, since I can't do it outside, and the poop stains disappeared. Might have taken a few days, especially when cloudy/rainy...but at that stage of baby, my house wasn't exactly getting picked up a lot anyway. :O

We use a double portion of Ecover Delicate Wash with hot water on tough baby stains. I don't know what's in that stuff but it got out old stains from returned newborn hand-me-downs.
