went upstairs and changed, took care of a basket of laundry and then filled it, came back down to find evie on top of the desk - investigating the things on the upper shelf (yes - things are up there so that they are out of her reach :doh ) got her down, and changed her dipe and clothes

carried laundry downstairs, sorted, and started first load. cleaned up cat puke - ugh

worked on belated Christmas packages to the grandparents, got P&E started on thank you notes, got email from dh that our car broke & am now on hold with AAA. :sigh

made coffee/lunch for dh; cleaned up after myself.

Folded up the old hated stroller -put into storage-just for a little while before it gets recycled
I have my nice new stroller[just a cheap unbrella folding one but my feet are not always kicking the breaks,it s straps fit my 2 yo

spent about 45 minutes culling/organizing toys and burning some Christmas boxes/paper/etc., putting others in storage.


It looks like I did nothing. But my little boy is hanging on me kissing my cheek, so what do I care?? :)

made it to PO, but not my other errands. We were all so *done* with the car by the time it took me over an hour to get dh who was only 10 min away. :bag

I haven't been able to check in. Here's what I've been up to...

sorted laundry although none has been started
ran errands - drug store, health food store, vitamin store since HFS was out of stock, library, grocery store
put away groceries - I really stocked up on stuff so there was a lot to put away
while I was cooking supper, I cleaned kitchen counters and everything on them, handles, oven front, microwave inside and out, refrigerator and dishwasher fronts, cabinet/drawer fronts that needed it
cleaned up supper - loaded dishwasher and started it, washed dishes, wiped the table
cleaned up the sink
swept and mopped the floor

I still have HFS, drug store, library stuff and tp to put away and I need to go to another grocery store to find some items I need for menu tomorrow night since my store didn't have them. Bah!
