MP3 play on iPod

My church doesn't have podcasts, just the ability to download as MP3. How can I put their sermons on my iPod so I can play in my car?

If you've downloaded it on to your computer it is stored in a file (probably something like "My Music"). Open up iTunes and go into File. You should see "import". When you click on that you'll be able to browse through your files and import your MP3 onto iTunes.
