ok....so i finally got done canning the bosc pears from our tree.....and i STILL have some pears left over!!!! ended up with 30 jars, 6 of which i gave to a friend who m i taught. i think i will dry and freeze the rest. lol. the jars are beautiful, though....i wll try to post some pics later!

I want to see pics as well. I love taking pic of my canning, I think they are so pretty I bet the pears look great!
