ds bit his tongue badly last night, and there was a LOT of blood. how do I wash it out, using natural tools? what temp water? will soap or stain stick set it? should I use hydrogen peroxide, or will that bleach the clothes?

I would try ice cold water first. That's always worked well for me. I think peroxide would fade out the colors. It would be great on whites.
What about oxy-clean?

Yes, this. Peroxide has turned some of my darker colors orange-y before. I'd try the cold water first.

not all the way, still working on it. I've used salt, cold water, stain stick, washed it in the washer a couple of times. all those have helped--thank you! I'm hoping another round or two will do the trick.
