Where do you buy seeds?

I've never bought seeds before, except just picking up things at the grocery. I'd like to get some "good" seeds though.

I'd like organic. And I'd like to be able to save the seeds from what I grow and be able to grow the next crop from those. Would that mean heirloom seeds?
