should I plant them now?

My rosemary plants are about 8-9 inches long now. They have been in pots for the past month indoors. Is it okay to plant them outside now or should I wait till the Spring or last frost?
we're in North TX

I'd probably keep them inside. :think Mine are outside and it made it through the winter last year with mulching, but it was in the ground all season. Maybe they'll keep growing when they're inside, too, mine go dormant when it gets colder. I'm in zone 6.
