black bean brownies- one can of black beans, undrained, processed smooth, mix with a box of brownie mix and bake. You don't need to add eggs or oil or anything. Really yummy with extra protein and fiber.
Brown Rice crispy treats- make like regular but use organic puffed brown rice (Koala Kids) and add 1/2 c of dried cranberries, 1/4 ground flaxseed, and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. Cut these into fun shapes with cookie cutters
