Spaghetti squash

How do you know when it's done growing? I have one that's about 14" long, maybe about 6 - 8 inches around. TBH, I've never grown or eaten spaghetti squash, so I have no idea!

Those are harvested in the fall or winter, right? They should be hard skinned. You might google how to know when winter squash are done. :think
