I've never grilled pork chops. I was going to make slow cooker pepper pork chops but I forgot I have no more dried apples. I'm not sure what to season the pork chops with. Any suggestions?

I would brine them and/or marinate them first. Then, you can use anything from just salt and pepper to granulated garlic, granulated onion, salt, pepper, chili powder, dry mustard, etc. Kinda depends on your tastes.

Would BBQ sauce be good on it? Off to brine.

I like to season mine with season salt as I grill them.

mmmmmm, that sounds so good right now :)
Dh does the actual grilling because I am clueless as far as cooking with flame :giggle

But I brine, pat dry, do a dry rub with whatever seasonings you like (a pinch of cinnamon is nice into hot spices for pork), then when you are grilling them, if you want to do bbq sauce, just brush some on at the end so you get the sticky effect. :)

I like rosemary on pork.
