Yay! I have garlic scapes.

Now what do I do with them? I think I'm making stir fry for supper tomorrow. Are they as potent as garlic cloves? How many should I put in a stir fry for 2 people and a toddler? I don't have a ton of them, but I'm so excited :)

I am pretty sure they are milder than garlic cloves. I think I searched for a recipe back when I got some in my csa box. I'll see if I can find one. :cool
