View Full Version : A Ton of Chili Peppers!

Hi there ladies,

My DH is currently growing about 8 varieties of chilli peppers...about 20 plants of each lol! Does any one have any good recipes for chilli sauce, or any preserving ideas for any type of chili/peppers? Any ideas or recipes would be appreciated, I'm sure we won't be eating them all and wouldn't like them to go to waste :scratch

You can pickle them. You can also combine them with sweet peppers and make pepper jelly. I'll try and come back with some recipes. :smile
