grape juice stains?

My sister made N a beautiful dress for her birthday. She wore it when she went out for her birthday dinner where we let her have grape juice as a special treat. (Experienced moms see the train wreck thats about to happen? :doh) Well, her sippy leaked and now I'm desperate for answers. Her cute cream dress with blue chickadees now has erratic purple spots. :(

Please tell me there is a way to salvage it.
