I know it's really tricky in the southern humidity, but I thought about giving it a try. :think Any tips/pointers?

:popcorn we love ethiopian food I made it once, but it was't an authentic recipe and it didn't taste right at all.

Yeah, it's so tricky! I have several authentic recipes, but it's the fermenting part that has me all :nails :giggle I'm so afraid I'll mess it up and ruin a load of teff flour!

:popcorn I'll be interested to see how yours turns out. We love Ethiopian food! (But there's a huge Ethiopian community here with a lot of great restaurants, so I don't think I'll ever be tempted to try making my own.)

I made it once, and it came out okay texture-wise. Didn't taste like the real stuff, but I liked it (I don't care for the sour taste of the real stuff anyway :shifty)

I may be able to find the recipe...
