Opting out of unwanted catalogues...

Found this site from a newsletter I get, just signed up: https://www.catalogchoice.org/ Not sure if this is the right forum, but I know we talk about a lot of "green" things here, so I thought it would be ok (please move if there's a better spot). Anyway, I was so excited that there was a central place to opt out of catalogues that I thought I'd share. Yay!! :tu

Hmmm...I wonder if it would work with our problem. The MIL catalogue shops all the time and somehow her name got associated with this address in major databases so her catalogues come here under her name. There are just too many to contact every company and I don't think they'd listen anyway.

Yep, it has an option when you "opt-out" that it's coming to the wrong person/address. :yes
