I thought I would post this because few people in my circle seem to have heard of it and it's SO EASY.
To frost one 9x13 sheet cake (served in the pan), melt a regular size bag of chocolate chips, gently spread over the thoroughly cooled cake, and leave to set.
You can try this with any type of baking chip, although I would get a cheap box of cake mix and do a test cake first.
