Leftover cornbread - breakfast ideas?

I'm going to have a 9x11 pan of cornbread leftover after tonight's supper. I'm wondering if anyone has any good breakfast ideas for it. Or lunch too (vegetarian)

Well we always just eat cornbread with syrup. Not very original. lol. Hope someone has better ideas for you. :p

Warm it up, top with butter and drizzle on honey. YUM!

I always hide the extra corn bread and hoard it for myself. :O

My grandmother taught me to put warm it up, put it in a cup crumbled up a little and pour cold milk over it. :yum I :heart cornbread...unfortunately my daily Weight Watchers points do not. :/
