How do I make a meal planner *tech help

I'm trying to make a monthly meal planner on the computer and cant figure out how to get meals into the boxes along with the calendar numbers. Does anyone have a template or something?

Have you tried Donna Young.org?

I use this one (http://www.futuregirl.com/craft_blog/2007/12/meal-planner.html) I just make copies for each week. I know it isn't typeable, but it's so cute I always have to share ;)

The above is a link for April. Below is a link for the home page (just look on the right side of the page where it says Print a Free Calendar and it has 2008 and then every month)

You can print it off and use it to fill in or you could export it to Excel and do so formatting and get it to look the same as it does on the printable page. That is what I do - but I actually pencil ours in (even though I do export it to Excel).
