Eaaster was absolutely wonderful, but i came home with a full stomache and 3 dozen easter eggs that nobody really ate.
So any tips for me.
Usually i値l have one a day in the morning for breakfast, but i知 not keeping them in my fridge for 3 weeks.
A couple egg salad sandwiches, when i知 tired of that, i値l stick the leftover salad into a potato salad.
A few of them are getting pickled (pretty much just stuffed in a pickle jar for a couple weeks :P and eaten)
I知 going to make some "good morning sunshine" with them. Never tired out the recipe but it looks yumy
Golden Morning Sunshine
* 2 cups white sauce
* 4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
Make white sauce. Once the white sauce has thickened, add eggs. Serve on toast.
Curried eggs sound yummy but i doubt anybody would eat them but me

Hmmmm, i keep googling what to do with hard boiled eggs but i知 not finding much variety.
