View Full Version : Quick - homemade pizza dough question
If I wanted to make pizza dough to use later, do I bake it all the way, then freeze? Or bake halfway, then freeze? Or freeze before baking at all??

I would prebake shells but only bake for half as long as you usually would :)

Freeze before baking it at all, but it'll have to have time to thaw on the counter and get good and warm again before you use it. It works great, I do it all the time.
