I'm quite proud of coming up with a meal plan this week for the first time using only what I have on hand and my organic produce delivery. Here it is :)

Monday
Breakfast Pumpkin Oatmeal
Morning Prep Defrost 4 Chicken Breasts
Lunch Leftover Thai
Afternoon Prep None
Dinner Leftover Pinto Beans w/Rice & Ground Beef
Evening Prep Defrost Turkey Burger, Defrost Sausage

Tuesday
Breakfast Leftover Pumpkin Oatmeal
Morning Prep Put 4 Chicken Breasts in Crockpot
Lunch Turkey Burger
Afternoon Prep None
Dinner Curried Apple Chicken with Pasta & Broccoli & Peas
Evening Prep Defrost roasting chicken out


Wednesday
Breakfast Eggs & Toast
Morning Prep Cook Chickpeas, Defrost Apple Oatmeal
Lunch Chicken Sandwich (leftover Chix breast)
Afternoon Prep Make GF Bread in Bread Machine
Dinner Leftover Curry
Evening Prep Soak Black-eyed Peas, Defrost 2 packages of Ground Turkey

Thursday
Breakfast Apple Oatmeal
Morning Prep Drain water from beans, put in crockpot, add water and cook
Lunch Tuna Sandwich
Afternoon Prep Recipe for Dinner Prep
Dinner Black-eyed Peas w/Sausage & Rice, Zucchini on Side
Evening Prep None


Friday
Breakfast Eggs & Toast
Morning Prep None
Lunch Leftover Black-eyed Peas
Afternoon Prep Put Roasting Chicken in Oven, Make Salad
Dinner Roasting Chicken w/Grean Beans & Salad
Evening Prep Pull Ground Beef out of Freezer, Mix Turkey Sausage

Saturday
Breakfast Turkey Sausage & Garbanzo Bean Pancakes
Morning Prep Mujadara in Crockpot by 11 AM
Lunch Leftover Black-eyed Peas
Afternoon Prep Carmelize Onions
Dinner Mujadara and Leftover Chicken
Evening Prep Defrost Curry


Sunday
Breakfast
Morning Prep Turkey Sausage, Eggs & Toast
Lunch Leftover Curry
Afternoon Prep Spice Brown Ground Beef
Dinner Mujadara & Ground Beef
Evening Prep None

I have it in a spreadsheet that's 1 page so I can post it on the fridge. It didn't translate well, so I posted it in the above form instead.
