Do you have any potatoes? We love baked potatoes stuffed with pulled/shredded pork. I like to fix my potates with butter, cheese, my DH and kids add sour cream, then add the pork. :yum

Hmm..no potatoes, but I will keep that in mind for when I get some. This pork is enough for at least two meals. I think some is headed for the freezer for later.

That cajun recipe looks yummy, too.
