Chicken Marsala w/o "marsala" wine

Can I make chicken marsala without marsala wine? I just have red cooking wine here. Will it turn out okay if I used that instead? Anyone know? I had chicken marsala once and loved it but I didn't make it. Got it from one of those meal prep places. Found a recipe online but want to make it with cooking wine. Let me know what you think.

It will be totally fine with just regular red wine! :yes. I sometimes make it with marsala wine but usually just regular and I can't tell much of a difference!
