So I bought a spaghetti squash the other day because I'm trying to stock the fridge with more veggies and less animal products or by products. I cut in half and had that with the spaghetti and meatballs I made and it was so good. You could never tell the difference really and so much better for you. How many of you have tried it and did you like it?
