What do you think of this site? Weird? Legit?

I got in a catalog from them.

It is www.directgardening.com

They "sell" seeds for these huge veggies and fruits n such.
Plus other varieties but they often say they're hardy able to grow anywhere.

I've bought a few things for them. It really has been a hit or miss if what I plant would grow. I just figured it was my soil and that I did something wrong :shrug
