Rats! My coconut oil has mold!

What would you do, scrap it off or toss it the jar? I can see a spot of blueish mold and am worried there is white fuzzy mold I can not see on the white coconut oil.

I would scrap off the top half inch. The only way I can think that this happened is that the spoon or knife you used to scoop some out had some food residue on it. Mold can't survive in just coconut oil, I don't think.

But, the bottom should be just fine--just scrape it off. :)
