I am not so good at planning ahead.
My children are getting tired of cold cereal.
We do not own a toaster, ours just broke. (The heating element Melted! )
I need some good, quick breakfast ideas that do not require a toaster.

You could toast bread and Kashi waffles in the oven pretty quickly. Hard boiled eggs (cooked ahead of time) are good. We also do PB & Apple Butter for breakfast, and we slit bananas and put peanut butter and sunflower seeds in the slit and eat them.

Pancakes are easy - esp. if you have the mix where you just add water. :)
You can cook toast in a skillet - ie grilled chesse, hold the cheese.
I saw cheap toasters for like $6 at one of the discount stores.

Make waffles on the weekend & freeze them.
Cream of wheat or other hot cereal. I use hot water when making it so it cooks faster.
Melted cheese on bread, broiled (That's not really toast, is it? ;) )
Yogurt mixed with fruit salad, add some granola/grape nuts for crunch.
