mixer bread

i have a kitchen aid mixer i got for christmas last year and i think i've used it a half a dozen times. its time to learn to make some bread.

problem is, i'm un-edjamacated in this area. can you help?

i need some simple recipes i can make in the mixer. (white bread, cinnamon bread, chocolate chip quick bread, pumpkin bread - those kind of things).

My Kitchen Aid came with a recipe booklet. I used the recipes for bread that it had, and I was very successful. Did yours come with a booklet?
