Easy meatloaf?

I have a pound of ground beef sitting here. I don't have any spice mix packets. I do have lots of seasonings in my pantry. I also have tomato paste if anyone wants to know. we have bread but at the moment no milk.
Any quick Rachael Ray ideas on how I can do this? :phew

U still want a meatloaf recipe?

3/4 C Oatmeal OR Crushed Corn Flakes Cereal, or Crackers, or Bread Crumbs
1/4 C Ketchup, Tomato Sauce or similar
Salt to taste, Pepper, Italian Seasoning
1 Egg

Mix all together a put it in a loaf pan bake at 350 for 1 hr.
