but here's my question...

If you don't use plastic in your home, what do you use to freeze or store food? I usually use empty glass jars (mason jars, pickle jars, etc), but those don't really work well for keeping leftover casserole or something. I'm so lost at what to use! :scratch

Any suggestions?

Like the baking dishes? What do you do for lids? Some of mine don't have them... Infact I think I only have 3 that do.

:yes Hmmm, :think ours came with lids. We bought them as a set at WalMart. I think Costco has them, too.

No, they were plastic-like lids. :shifty Of course they were always removed before cooking.
